Dr. Jackie was professional and I felt very taken care of and in good hands. The dental office was beautiful, clean and very inviting. They will even give you a neck pillow or blanket to make sure you are comfortable. The team went the extra mile to make sure my dental health was completely taken care of and she went over everything with me. I am so happy that Dr. Jackie is in downtown St Charles at a very convenient location!

My 1st experience with Dr Jackie's office was wonderful! I felt like l was at a spa. She has a very welcoming office, with very high tech equipment. My teeth cleaning was a breeze. She is very professional and makes you feel like she really cares about you! I have an unusual situation with my overall teeth/jaw. She is going out of her way to discuss my case with my primary doctor and ENT to help find the source of my issue. So glad she has an office in St. Charles. I highly recommend Dr. Jackie and her staff.

Dr. Jackie is amazing!! I haven’t been to the dentist in probably 5 years and she put all my concerns at ease. Not only is it a beautiful and clean office but you get the best care possible. I’m also pregnant, so she took extra precautions to make sure I was comfortable and to ensure we covered everything. I swear, I never had a better dental experience. They even offer a little service menu to make you feel extra “at home”. From the cleaning to the genuine care from Dr. Jackie and her assistant, is what sets them apart from majority of dental offices. I look forward to bringing my daughter for her first visit and continuing my care with Dr. Jackie! Best experience. ✨ 😃
