Amazing office and great staff
I’m new to Smile Haven Dental and I absolutely love it! The office is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and the adult prize basket is such a fun touch. They have all the latest technology and offer services like Botox, GBT cleanings, and Invisalign. The comfort menu is awesome, and honestly it feels more like a spa than a dental office. Everyone is so friendly and fun — I’d give this place a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it!

I had the best experience here. I've recently wanted to find a new dentist and one of my friends told me to go see Dr. Jackie. I'm so glad I did! It was the best cleaning, I've ever had. The entire team there is amazing. I enjoyed all the hygienists I've encountered and Arlene helping me with insurance and scheduling. I've now switched over my whole family (husband and two toddlers.) I'm looking forward to continuing to go see Dr. Jackie and her amazing team!

We felt welcomed right away. Arlene made check-in seamless and efficient. After our visit, Arlene was accommodating, she made scheduling our next visit easy.
Cara, the dental assistant, was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. She made sure we were. comfortable throughout the entire visit and explained each step before it happened, which really helped put us at ease. She also offered us a "Comfort Menu." My Mom ordered a warm blanket and I a neck pillow. Cara made us feel so comfortable!
Allison, the dental hygienist provided one of the most thorough and gentle cleanings we've ever had. She took the time to carefully examine our teeth and gums, explained what she was seeing, and offered helpful tips without ever making us feel rushed or judged.
Dr Jackie was exceptional— professional, highly skilled, and genuinely caring. She performed an extremely thorough exam.
Dr Jackie's expertise and attention to detail were immediately evident, and she took the time to thoroughly explain our exam and any recommendations in a clear, reassuring way. We never felt rushed. The combination of skill, professionalism, and genuine compassion made for a stress-free and confidence-building experience.
