Dr. Jackie and the entire Smile Haven team are absolute angels. As someone who used to dread dental visits, I avoided them for years. I had such an amazing experience here. Dr. Jackie and her team are truly amazing. The way they welcomed me was so kind and comforting. I've always been a little afraid of the dentist because of past experiences, but this place completely changed that for me.
I love that they explained everything so clearly.

For the first time I actually feel comfortable and pretty excited to start taking care of my teeth 😁

The office and staff are so warm and welcoming it almost doesn’t feel like going to the dentist. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and provide a very unique and refreshing approach to dentistry looking at the impact to overall health and wellness.
I would recommend Smile Haven to anyone looking for a new dentist in the area.

The Smile Haven team in St. Charles is truly the best. As a mom of toddlers, it’s not always easy to find childcare for appointments, and today I had to bring my 2-year-old to my Invisalign visit. Dr. Jackie went above and beyond, she held and comforted my son for most of my appointment, which meant so much to me. They made me feel completely at ease, and never once made me feel like bringing him was a burden. Every visit here is such a positive experience. The whole team is so kind and welcoming, it honestly feels like I’ve known them forever. I’m so grateful I found this office!

It was my first time going here as I was looking for a new dentist. Glad I went here it is very modern with x-rays and everything. Overall the time there was very good and a very thorough evaluation, the cleaning x-rays, the hygienist {Alison she was very nice and great with the cleaning and explaining everything.} and Jackie the dentist- She was really nice and did a very thorough exam Glad I came in today.
